Sigedoc offers individuals, organizations and businesses with low volume scanning services in its secure premises.

We also provide light scanning solutions that we can easily setup in any clients' location to create a library of your documents (incoming, active, archives).

Sigedoc convert paper documents into high quality electronic files for a variety of industries such as health, finance, engineering, legal or governamental institutions. These files can be easily stored and shared within your company or any department. Sigedoc scans also low volumes of any type of microfilm.

Service is available on clients' location or remotely via courier or a shipping company partner - pickup/return fees are determined based on document volume, type and distance.

Low scanning services includes the provision of scanning equipment, technical support and scanning experts if required, return of boxes to the client or secure document schredding.

All documents will be delivered in digital format (PDF, PDF / A, TIFF, BMP, or other) or ask for our cloud storage service to manage your files in a convenient and secure way. Simultaneously, we can provide a wide range of mobility solutions that we can easily integrate with your existing technological infrastructure.
