Shared Services Centre of Quebec (CSPQ) - scan
Sigedoc was selected in January 2007, for a period of three years, as sole supplier to provide all scanning services for the Shared Services Center of the Government of Quebec (CSPQ) for the Integrated Service od Documents (SGID).
A seconf tender, once again, allowed Sigedoc to obtain a new mandate for an additional period of three years (2010-2013).
The CSPQ (SGID) is mandated to provide scanning to the entire public administration of the Government of Quebec, municipalities, health sector and education.
As a specialist provider for CSPQ, Sigedoc has achieved the scanning, indexing and image enhancement on behalf of several government departmentsand agencies from several types of documents:
Paper documents,
Microfiches and windows pages,
Microfilm reels,
Slides,
Books and booklets,
Plans ans large fromat documents,
Photographs on paper.
In addition, Sigedoc made several warrants of analysis and orientations.
