Le CSPQ (Centre de Services Partagés du Québec) et la CSST (Commission de la Santé et de la Sécurité du Travail) ont tenu à remercier Sigedoc, filiale de numérisation du Groupe TACT, pour leur excellente collaboration quant à la dématérialisation de leurs archives. Il s’agit d’un mandat à haut volume pour Sigedoc qui a procédé à la numérisation, à la vérification et à la conversion au format PDF signé d’un million de documents en moins de 48 heures en cette dernière fin de semaine du mois de mai.
La numérisation s’est déroulée dans les locaux du CSPQ, Boulevard Hamel, avec les équipements informatiques et les trois numériseurs ultra rapides IBML de Sigedoc.
Les dossiers de la direction de Chaudières-Appalaches constituent le premier d’une longue série de fins de semaine durant lesquelles les dossiers des autres directions régionales seront numérisés.
