Sigedoc RoundTrip is a fast and safe service available to all our customers whether for governmental or private organizations.
To accommodate our customers in their transportation needs, Sigedoc offers a secure document transportation service that takes care of your documents from the collection, then the documents are delivered to one of our scanning centers or client's scanning facility, depending on the needs . Team Sigedoc supports boxes and their contents. This process is done through a rigorous methodology that ensures that any document is overlooked or misplaced.Information is always governed by safety standards and traceability.
Before carrying out client's documents to a secure scanning center the inventory is created and verified before departure to ensure that any document have been lost. This inventory is manual and electronic ensuring traceability of all documentation taken by us. For the return of documents, every box is loaded securely in a secure truck and validated with the inventory created at the beginning of the project. Once all documents are submitted, further validation is performed to ensure boxes traceability and their content.
Sigedoc carries a wide range of confidential documents, such as patient records, financial records, legal documents every day. With our system of quality control and our operational procedures, we guarantee a confidential document transportation.

Transporting documents is composed of several stages, some of which should be considered in advance with the client.
Team Sigedoc may occur from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 18pm for removal boxes and return to the customer after scanning.
